The Virginia native joined FSM over a decade ago, advancing to Business Manager where she leads financial operations for clients with complex, multi-revenue stream careers—overseeing touring economics, publishing portfolios, and investment strategy while guiding her team in delivering the clarity clients need to focus on their creative work. Selected for the inaugural class of the CMA Women's Leadership Academy and serving on the Board of SOURCE Nashville, she combines high-level financial oversight with industry leadership. Outside work, Amanda loves spending time with her daughter.

Hannah came to Nashville from Albany, New York, to study music business and accounting at Belmont University. She started at FSM as an intern nearly a decade ago and has built a reputation for translating complex financial realities into actionable strategy. As Business Manager, Hannah orchestrates long-term planning for artists balancing multiple revenue streams, helping them understand how their touring, publishing, and catalog income align to accelerate career growth. Known for anticipating problems before they surface and staying calm when things get chaotic, she's the person clients call when they need to think through a major decision or navigate rapid career growth. Beyond her client work, Hannah invests time in sharing her expertise through industry panels and mentorship programs, helping to guide the next generation of music professionals. Named to MusicRow's Next Big Thing Directory, she previously interned at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and continues to support the fight against childhood cancer.

Gator has built a reputation for strategic, forward-looking financial planning since joining FSM eight years ago. The Oregon native earned his Master of Accountancy and the Outstanding MAcc Student award from Belmont. In his role as Business Manager, Gator guides clients through career-defining moments like stadium tours, major publishing deals, and wealth-building decisions that position them for long-term success rather than just short-term wins. He thinks in years rather than quarters and gets the most satisfaction when clients break records or earn industry recognition, knowing the financial strategy helped make those achievements possible. Recognized in MusicRow's Next Big Thing Directory and as part of the 2024 cohort of the Academy of Country Music’s LEVel Up program, Gator has an encyclopedic memory for client stats and industry charts, is an avid traveler, and supports the SeriousFun Children's Network.

Over five years at FSM, Sally has risen to Associate Business Manager where she manages both day-to- day financial operations and big-picture strategic oversight for touring artists. She coordinates production budgets, handles tour accounting and settlements, manages vendor relationships, and ensures clients' touring operations run both smoothly and profitably. A University of Georgia graduate, she recently experienced a full-circle moment when she was invited back to speak to music business students aboutnavigating a career in the music industry. In her free time, you can find her scuba diving, horseback riding, catching live shows, or advocating for the Humane Society.

Matt oversees royalty operations as Royalty Director at FSM, tracking industry trends while managing the intricate details of royalty statements, catalog valuations, intellectual property rights, and contract analysis. With more than a decade of publishing and recording royalty expertise, he ensures FSM clients capture the full value of their work by identifying revenue streams that might otherwise go unnoticed and flagging discrepancies before they compound. A University of Georgia graduate, SOLID alumni, two-time honoree in MusicRow's Next Big Thing Directory, and member of the 2025 cohort of the Academy of Country Music's LEVel Up program, he's passionate about the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Falcons, and Nashville Predators.

As Tax Director, Samantha leads tax strategy for FSM's roster of artists and songwriters, navigating the complexity of multi-state touring income, international royalties, and publishing deals. With more than 15 years in the music industry and her CPA designation, she brings specialized knowledge of music industry tax planning and compliance. Samantha holds a Master's in Accounting from Lipscomb University and an undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas. A classically trained oboist, she understands the financial realities of creative careers from both sides of the business. The most rewarding part of her work is seeing clients reach major career milestones knowing their tax foundation is secure. Originally from southern New Mexico, she loves reading, gardening, and cheering for the Atlanta Braves.

As Operations Director, Elaina heads FSM's human resources strategy and operational infrastructure, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding, development, and benefits while fostering the boutique culture that makes FSM work. A University of Georgia music business graduate from Knoxville with a decade of industry experience, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in people operations. Her focus is creating an environment where talented people want to stay and grow. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, Pilates, live music, and travel.

Mikayla serves as Tax Accountant at FSM, supporting tax preparation, planning and compliance tracking for the firm's roster of artists and songwriters. Navigating the tax implications of touring income, royalties, and publishing, she helps find solutions tailored to each client's unique financial situation. She relocated to Nashville from Erie, Pennsylvania with undergraduate degrees in accounting and finance plus an MBA from Gannon University and is currently pursuing her CPA designation. Mikayla loves drawing and creative projects and supports the Nashville Rescue Mission.

Lauren brings the technical precision of tax accounting to the strategic breadth of business management. A Belmont Master of Accountancy graduate and Outstanding MAcc Student award recipient, she made the intentional shift from specialized tax work to comprehensive financial advisory, recognizing the opportunity to guide artists across every aspect of their financial lives. She joined FSM four years ago and today manages a team overseeing the full financial scope for her client roster: cashflow coordination across multiple revenue streams, tour economics, royalty management, and long-term wealth strategy. What fulfills her most is the variety and knowing her work contributes directly to her clients' success. She values FSM's close-knit community, something that remains constant even as the firm continues to grow. The Chattanooga native is an avid Nashville SC supporter.

Lauren graduated from Belmont with a double major in marketing and music business, which gives her a dual perspective on how creative decisions and financial strategy intersect. She works with artists navigating everything from multi-city tours to complex publishing deals, helping manage the financial side so they can focus on the creative side. Lauren’s favorite charity is The Wild Horse Refuge for rescued Mustangs.

Originally from East Tennessee, Olivia earned her music business degree from Middle Tennessee State and now leads a team working with touring artists and songwriters. She oversees the full scope of client financial strategy from tour economics and settlement execution to songwriter royalty tracking and multi-stream cashflow planning. She's energized by the work's dynamic nature: the intensity when tours are in motion and decisions happen quickly, balanced with the long-term financial planning that positions clients for sustained success. What she finds most rewarding is building infrastructure that holds when it matters most. Olivia loves FSM's collaborative culture and stays actively involved in firm-wide events and initiatives that keep the team connected. When she's not working, she's hiking and camping with Delta, her Australian Shepherd.

As Office Manager and Executive Assistant, Cindy oversees the daily operations that keep FSM running smoothly. She manages the office environment, coordinates schedules, and ensures clients and visitors experience the firm's hospitality from the moment they arrive. A former special education teacher who's been with FSM for six years, she brings patience and adaptability to a role where no two days are the same. Cindy and her husband are both Nashville natives, and she supports programs for people with disabilities and charities serving the homeless community.

A Nashville native and Loyola University New Orleans graduate, she spent two years teaching English in Madrid after college, an experience that taught her to adapt quickly and handle the unexpected. Kat manages everything from daily operations to special projects and coordinates team events that support the firm's collaborative culture. Whether it's solving a logistical challenge or organizing the gatherings that keep the team connected, she ensures FSM operates smoothly behind the scenes. She is a longtime supporter of Thistle Farms, an organization that helps heal women and communities.

After relocating from Chicago to Nashville to earn her finance degree from Lipscomb University, Haley has spent the past six years at FSM building a deep understanding of artists’ financial ecosystems - from songwriting income and publishing royalties to touring and merchandise revenue. What she loves most is building the kind of relationships where clients trust her to handle the details so they can focus entirely on their creative work. When she's not working, she's traveling back to Chicago or catching live music around Nashville.

He knows firsthand the balance between art and business that his clients navigate daily.

Kyle moved from the Chicago area to Nashville after graduating from Alabama, trading Bears and Bulls fandom for a role supporting touring artists. Three years in, Kyle has worked on everything from streaming royalties to arena shows. Concert nights are still his favorite and seeing the artists he supports perform live never gets old.

Originally from Indiana, the Belmont graduate spends her free time reading, practicing yoga, and volunteering at The Store, a free grocery store in Nashville.

The Tampa native is passionate about animal welfare and adopted his pets from the Humane Society.

What she appreciates most about FSM is that every client's career is unique. From emerging artists starting off on the road to established acts managing arena runs, each artist’s career demands a customized approach. Kristen spends her free time traveling, playing tennis, watching football, and racing cars.

Luke’s favorite moments are when projects he's supported make it to the stage, whether it's an album release or a sold-out show. He spends his free time playing guitar and rock climbing.
