AMANDA MITCHELL

Business Manager

  • Amanda approaches financial management as a strategic partnership. The Virginia native joined FSM over a decade ago, advancing to Business Manager where she leads financial operations for clients with complex, multi-revenue stream careers—overseeing touring economics, publishing portfolios, and investment strategy while guiding her team in delivering the clarity clients need to focus on their creative work. Selected for the inaugural class of the CMA Women's Leadership Academy and serving on the Board of SOURCE Nashville, she combines high-level financial oversight with industry leadership. Outside work, Amanda loves spending time with her daughter.

HANNAH HAGGERTY

Business Manager

She started at FSM as an intern nearly a decade ago and has built a reputation for translating complex financial realities into actionable strategy. As Business Manager, Hannah orchestrates long-term planning for artists balancing multiple revenue streams, helping them understand how their touring, publishing, and catalog income align to accelerate career growth. Known for anticipating problems before they surface and staying calm when things get chaotic, she's the person clients call when they need to think through a major decision or navigate rapid career growth. Beyond her client work, Hannah invests time in sharing her expertise through industry panels and mentorship programs, helping to guide the next generation of music professionals. Named to MusicRow's Next Big Thing Directory, she previously interned at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and continues to support the fight against childhood cancer.

GATOR PIZER

Business Manager

  • Gator has built a reputation for strategic, forward-looking financial planning since joining FSM eight years ago. The Oregon native earned his Master of Accountancy and the Outstanding MAcc Student award from Belmont. In his role as Business Manager, Gator guides clients through career-defining moments like stadium tours, major publishing deals, and wealth-building decisions that position them for long-term success rather than just short-term wins. He thinks in years rather than quarters and gets the most satisfaction when clients break records or earn industry recognition, knowing the financial strategy helped make those achievements possible. Recognized in MusicRow's Next Big Thing Directory and as part of the 2024 cohort of the Academy of Country Music’s LEVel Up program, Gator has an encyclopedic memory for client stats and industry charts, is an avid traveler, and supports the SeriousFun Children's Network.

SALLY D’AVANZO

Associate Business Manager

  • Over five years at FSM, Sally has risen to Associate Business Manager where she manages both day-to- day financial operations and big-picture strategic oversight for touring artists. She coordinates production budgets, handles tour accounting and settlements, manages vendor relationships, and ensures clients' touring operations run both smoothly and profitably. A University of Georgia graduate, she recently experienced a full-circle moment when she was invited back to speak to music business students about navigating a career in the music industry. In her free time, you can find her scuba diving, horseback riding, catching live shows, or advocating for the Humane Society.

DIRECTORS

MATT NAJDOWSKI

Royalty Director

  • Matt oversees royalty operations as Royalty Director at FSM, tracking industry trends while managing the intricate details of royalty statements, catalog valuations, intellectual property rights, and contract analysis. With more than a decade of publishing and recording royalty expertise, he ensures FSM clients capture the full value of their work by identifying revenue streams that might otherwise go unnoticed and flagging discrepancies before they compound. A University of Georgia graduate, SOLID alumni, two-time honoree in MusicRow's Next Big Thing Directory, and member of the 2025 cohort of the Academy of Country Music's LEVel Up program, he's passionate about the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Falcons, and Nashville Predators.

Tax Director

  • As Tax Director, Samantha leads tax strategy for FSM's roster of artists and songwriters, navigating the complexity of multi-state touring income, international royalties, and publishing deals. With more than 15 years in the music industry and her CPA designation, she brings specialized knowledge of music industry tax planning and compliance. Samantha holds a Master's in Accounting from Lipscomb University and an undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas. A classically trained oboist, she understands the financial realities of creative careers from both sides of the business.
